They gave medals to the top 15% of finishers in each age group, which meant the top 2 in the 30-34 group I was in.  Turns out I was 3rd... SOOOO close!  I'm incredibly happy that I did that well, and that my pace ended up being less than a 9 minute mile, which I hadn't expected at all!
